Liability for Content

The content of our pages is created with the greatest of care. However, we cannot guarantee the accuracy and completeness of content, or that it is fully up-to-date. In accordance with section 7 paragraph 1 of the German Media Act (TMG), we are responsible, as a service provider, for our own content on these pages under public law. However, according to sections 8 to 10 of the German Media Act, we are not obligated, as a service provider, to monitor external information transmitted or stored, or to actively search for evidence of illegal activity. Our obligations to remove or block the use of information in accordance with public law remain unaffected by this. However, our liability in this regard arises only at that point in time at which a concrete infringement of the law is identified. Should an infringement of the law become known, we will remove the corresponding content immediately.

 

Liability for Links

The web content we provide includes links to external, third-party websites, over content of which we have no control. We can therefore accept no liability for this external content. The relevant provider or operator of the linked pages is responsible for the content of those pages. At the time links to pages are created, those pages are checked for possible violations of laws. No illegal content was identified at the time current links were created. However, permanent monitoring of the contents of linked pages is not reasonable without concrete grounds for suspicion of infringement of the law. When infringements of the law are identified, we will remove such links immediately.
